We don’t believe in a tick-the-box approach. Believe us, a lot of our existing clients have come to us with a history of chronic mismanagement by their previous accountant. John Vrtaric

CPA, FP, MBA, JP

John is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Registered Tax Agent, Mortgage Broker and a JP.

John is the founding partner and owner of Jade Finance. With over 20 years of experience as a CPA and Mortgage Broker John has extensive knowledge in finance, accounting and taxation matters for a diverse range of industries.

John takes time to understand each client’s business and recognises that every client and their situation is unique and is readily available to clients to discuss their business needs. His primary objective with his clients is to solve their tax and financial problems, help them capitalise on new opportunities and ensure they avoid the pitfalls through the life cycle of their business.

John has a strong focus on Self-Managed Superfunds(SMSF) and has established a large number of new SMSF and as a mortgage broker is able to source a SMSF loan for a Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangement(LRBA) which allows SMSF to borrow to purchase a residential or commercial property within the SMSF.

Lena Tepia

B.Com, CPA

Lena is a Senior Accountant and joined Jade Finance in 2010 . She has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lena has over 25 years of accounting experience and brings with her a wealth of knowledge in accounting, tax and compliance from having worked in Commerce and Public Practice.

Lena works with all types of entities, Individuals, Trusts, Partnerships, Companies and Self-Managed Superfund.

Lena takes complex problems and turns them into solutions that are understandable and that workable for clients.

Larna Williams

B.Bus, Acc Dip

Larna has been with Jade Finance for over 6 years. Larna has a Bachelor of Business and Advanced Diploma in Accounting.

Larna is our go-to person when new clients arrive with their books in a mess. She loves helping clients and enjoys a challenge.

Larna specialises in bookkeeping, payroll, setting up clients accounting software and training them on its usage. She is very proficient when it comes to the various software programs on the market like MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks Online.

Her role is focused on compliance and tax work plus she also assists business consulting tasks.

Natalie Farrant

B.Com, Dip. Finance and Mortgage Broking, Cert IV Bookkeeping

Natalie has been with Jade Finance for over 8 year. Natalie has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Economics, Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking management and Certificate IV in Bookkeeping.

Natalie is our inhouse finance and mortgage specialist. Whether it be purchasing a new house, car or a commercial loan, Natalie’s focus is to help our clients fulfil their financing needs.

Natalie has a diverse set of skills and assists clients with financing solutions as well as bookkeeping.
